Checking your order status is simple. Just log in to your customer dashboard and look for your sales order in the section titled "Your Orders."

For each new order you create at ACS we generate a new Sales Order. Each Sales Order will have a unique SO number

View Order Status:

ACS has the following order statuses:

  • Receiving (indicates your shipment has not yet arrived at ACS)

  • Work in Progress (indicates your shipment has arrived and all devices have been scanned into the system)

  • Complete

You can check the current status of your order as shown below:

View Device Status Summary:

ACS has the following device statuses:

  • Pending (indicates the device is awaiting inspection or diagnosis)

  • Work in progress (indicates the device inspection or diagnosis is complete and is awaiting repair)

  • Repaired (indicates the device has been successfully repaired and passed QA)

  • Unrepairable (indicates the device is unrepairable)

You can view a quantity of devices in each status as shown below:

Exporting Inventory Report:

You can export a snapshot of the current status of each serial number / ACS ID for your order using the "Inventory Report" button as shown below:

You can export an activity history to view the actions taken by ACS team members for your order using the "Activity Report" button as shown below:
