Here's an overview of what happens after you place an order with ACS
Packaging
The customer needs to properly package the equipment for safe shipping. If you would like advice on how to properly package your equipment to minimize the potential for damage while in transit to ACS please contact [email protected]
Inbound Shipping
The customer needs to ship to the following address:
ATTN: Receiving Department
ACS
7546 Pebble Dr. Bldg 29
Fort Worth, Texas 76118
We are open to receive shipments Monday to Friday from 9AM to 4:30PM.
If you are sending in palletized equipment and want help scheduling logistics please contact [email protected]
Receiving Order
When the shipment arrives at ACS a team member will inspect the packaging for visual damages and document accordingly. If there is any damage ACS will contact the customer immediately.
Otherwise ACS will mark the order as Received in our system and the customer will receive an email.
This step indicates ACS has acknowledged receipt of your shipment. It does not indicate that we have confirmed the contents of the shipment.
Receiving Devices
After ACS marks the order as received we will begin adding devices to your sales order by scanning the serial numbers of each asset.
If you ship us full miners we will scan the serial numbers of the miners, not the individual hash boards, power supply, or control board (at this stage, we will do so later in the process)
If you ship us individual hash boards, power supplies, or control boards we will scan the serial numbers of these devices.
For each scanned serial number ACS generates an ACS ID and a QR code that is applied to each device.
Once all of the devices are scanned into our system we will cross reference the data you submitted when creating your order to ensure we have received everything you said you shipped. If there is a discrepancy ACS will contact the customer.
If there is no discrepancy ACS will update the order status to "Work in Progress" and you will receive an email notification.
